Lake Garda for Under £90pp? This Weekend Break Proves It’s Possible

24th April | Sarah

Lake Garda for under £90pp… I had to double check this one 👀

A long weekend in Italy for less than a weekend in Blackpool?

Yep… and this one is genuinely doable.

I’ve just priced up a Saturday to Tuesday break (16–19 May) staying at Bella Italia Campsite and the numbers are honestly a bit mad.

This is a classic DIY deal… book flights and accommodation separately and keep the cost right down.

💸 What This Shows

Even as a solo parent with one child, you’re looking at around £139pp for a long weekend in Italy, which is still really strong value.

Once you get to 3 or more people, the price drops quickly… and by the time you hit 5 or 6 sharing, it’s seriously cheap for Italy 🇮🇹

👀 Why This Deal Works So Well

✔️ Cheap flights
✔️ Fixed accommodation cost (the more people, the cheaper it gets)
✔️ Short and easy airport transfer
✔️ Perfect for a quick 3–4 night break

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Who This Is Perfect For

✔️ Solo parents (still great value with 2 sharing)
✔️ Families of 3–6 (where the price really drops)
✔️ Friends sharing
✔️ Anyone short on annual leave

📍 Why Bella Italia Is Such a Good Base

🚆 Getting There from Verona Airport

Quick, simple and perfect for a short trip.
