Fancy spending a few days in Venice this Christmas without paying a fortune?
We've found 3-night December breaks to Venice from just £186pp, including direct return flights and three nights at the 4-star Hotel Rialto, right in the heart of Venice.
And when we say central, we mean central. The hotel sits right beside the Rialto Bridge, so there's no staying out in Mestre and travelling into Venice each day.
There are six departure options from London Luton, London Stansted, London Gatwick, Manchester, Bristol and Dublin, with all of them coming in at under £220pp based on two adults sharing.
Prices were correct when checked on 29th September 2026. Flights and accommodation are booked separately.

For this deal we've chosen Hotel Rialto, a 4-star hotel in one of the best locations in Venice.
The hotel is located on Riva del Ferro in San Marco, directly beside the famous Rialto Bridge. It currently has a guest rating of 8.4/10, with its location particularly highly rated.
This is a big part of why we like this deal. Cheaper Venice breaks often involve staying on the mainland in Mestre, but this one puts you right in Venice itself.
That means the canals, Rialto Bridge, St Mark's Square and many of Venice's best-known sights are within easy reach, without needing to travel into the city each morning.
December is a lovely time to visit Venice if you want to see a quieter and more festive side of the city. Christmas lights and decorations appear across Venice, with Christmas market stalls traditionally held around Campo Santo Stefano, selling artisan gifts, local food and festive treats.
There are also seasonal events throughout December, including celebrations for the Feast of San Nicolò on Murano, while Venice's Christmas programme usually includes illuminations and other festive events around the city.
Of course, there's still all the usual Venice sightseeing too. Spend time around St Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge, wander through the smaller streets and canals, take a vaporetto along the Grand Canal or book a gondola ride.
December is also one of the quieter times to visit Venice, so it can be a great opportunity to see the city with fewer crowds than during the main tourist season. Just pack plenty of warm layers, as daytime temperatures in December are typically in single figures.
There's enough time on a three-night break to visit Murano and Burano too, which would work particularly well alongside the festive events on Murano.
The prices above include:
• Direct return flights to Venice
• An underseat bag per person
• 3 nights at the 4-star Hotel Rialto
• Based on 2 adults sharing a room
The trip is booked independently, with the flights and hotel booked separately.
Not included: airport transfers, additional luggage, meals unless stated in the hotel rate, local tourist taxes or activities.
